Having grown up in an academically austere household, PL-ACE’s director, Nathalia Orton, realised over time that meaningful education often flourishes through empatheticconnections between teachers and students. In other words, she became increasingly certain that scholastic success emerges in collaborative and interactive environments.
She also discovered that the student’s level of comfort and ease of communication are critical ingredients for constructive development. She and her team understand that growth is accelerated by identifying each student's unique mode of learning.
Ultimately, a holistic approach remains the foundation of her vision for PL-ACE’s continued dedication to the field of progressive education.
